About Me

My foundation began at the University of California, Berkeley, where I earned my degree in Mass Communications. There, I learned the power of narrative and human connection—a lesson that would guide me as I stepped into international leadership roles.

Over the last 20 years, I have worked as a coordinator and director for international companies, overseeing projects that required cultural sensitivity, strategic vision, and the ability to unite people across borders. Each role taught me something vital: that leadership is as much about listening as it is about guiding.

My journey also includes a chapter as a collegiate basketball player, an experience that instilled discipline, resilience, and teamwork at the highest level. While athletics is no longer my profession, the mindset it gave me is present in every boardroom, project, and negotiation.

Today, I bring all of these dimensions together to help organizations grow, innovate, and connect across cultures.
